Select a self-test level based on where you think you should be learning after reading up about what each level contains. You should continue taking the test at different levels until you obtain an 80% pass mark. This means take the test over and over at different levels until you find the right level for you. You will know you have reached the right level when you score 80% and higher. Once you score 80% or higher for a particular level, that is the level course that you should enroll for.

 

This entire course is offered for free to existing students of Pocket Classrooms. If you are not ready to become a student and need to improve your English first, you can take this course standalone (on its own) and pay R40.00 per month via debit order.

 

English Partner Pro is our own terminology that we use to describe our comprehensive English language courses. We recommend that this course is taken by native English language speakers as well as second language English speakers. It was developed as we think English is the most important subject and will be used the most by students throughout their entire lives. Without a strong command of English, students’ career and future prospects are limited. However, with strong English skills (reading, writing, listening & speaking) they are being placed in a better position to farther their careers and seize opportunities for advancement.

 

We have developed a course consisting of 15 levels, with Level 1 being an absolute beginner and Level 15 being pre-tertiary.

For home language English speakers we recommend this being taken for their last 2 years (GED® Level 1 and 2). For second language English speakers we recommend this be taken earlier on, from any grade that suits them.

Each level consists of ten lessons and they can be done when convenient and at your own pace. Each course includes a manual in ebook format for the duration of the course, assessments to monitor your progress and pre-recorded audios. This is designed to offer you the maximum time flexibility to fit in with your schedule.

Before you enrol as a student, students should take an initial evaluation to assess their level of English proficiency. Once you have been scored after this evaluation, you will receive an automatic recommendation as to which course is best suited to your needs, I.e. Level 3 or Level 8, etc

 

Certificates and Accreditation:

For those students that want to obtain an internationally accredited certificate after completing all our courses, they can take the IELTS test, which is taken worldwide at local test centres.
